Discounts

Lake-Mendo Driving School offers the following discounts to help you with the cost of your lessons

Only one discount can be used per lesson.

  • Refer A Friend
    If you take a lesson and then refer a friend you can get $10 off a lesson. The friend will need to give us your name when they take a lesson. After they complete the lesson, you get the discount. The friend has to be new to Lake-Mendo Driving School and have never taken a lesson with us. The friend can be either a minor or adult. Only one Refer a Friend can be used per lesson. If you get more than one referral, you can use them for other lessons.
  • More than Three Lessons
    After you have taken three lessons with us, any further lessons will be $10 off.
  • Rescued Animal
    If you have rescued a dog, cat, or other animal from a shelter or rescue organization, you will get $10 off a lesson. The discount can be used for any lesson you take with us. You will need some type of statement from the shelter or rescue people. Lake-Mendo Driving was the first in Lake County to offer this type of discount.

Discounts for Fall 2016 for high school students/Lake-Mendo Driving was the first school in Lake County to offer these discounts

  • Community Work
    If you are performing any type of community work during 2016 fall session, you can get a $10 discount for one lesson.  The discount can be used for any lesson you take with us by December 31, 2016. You will need to have a brief statement from someone at the organization. The dates for your work need to be included.
  • Improved a Lower Grade(s)
    By the end of fall session 2016, if you improved any really low grades we give a discount. For example, did you raise an F or D up to a C? That C- to a C+ or B? What would be improvement would be based on each individual situation. If you can provide a statement from a parent/guardian or report from a teacher that you showed improvement with lower grades, you can get $10 off a lesson. This discount is for improvement with grades whether it was one grade or several. It does not apply to each individual improved grade. You can use this discount for a lesson scheduled by January 31, 2017.
